“Mission of “Hidrokop” is to perform construction works of the highest quality preparing for challenges of the global market. Aim of the company is to adopt and apply new knowledge in the field of construction, to create a new generation of experts and it strives to make quality knowledge and expertise available, followed by continuous investment in professional development, knowledge improvement and employees’ education, development of skills and making of new attitudes through internal training of all company members, as well as financing of further education of its employees, rewarding of work and devotion of the best and most creditable employees in the company.

When we talk about vision, the aim is to retain and strengthen a leader position in the field of hydro engineering in Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We also strive to expand our business in the next years on the territory of Serbia, Montenegro and Germany.
